Eastfield Women's Soccer Kicks off in Kansas Aug. 20
MESQUITE, Texas – Dallas College Eastfield women's soccer team will kick off the season at Neosho Community College to begin a two-game trip to Kansas Aug. 20.
The Harvester Bees, under nine-year coach Paul Tate, will finish the Kansas trip with a game at Allen Community College Aug. 22 before coming home to host Arlington Baptist University Aug. 25.
Four of the Harvester Bees' first five home games are away from the pitch in Mesquite as they follow up the home opener with road tests at Randall University and Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College.
Eastfield finishes off the first month of the season with a home match against Western Texas College Aug. 31. The Harvesters' final nonconference game is a home date against Hill College Sept. 8.
The Bees begin Dallas Athletic Conference season at home against Dallas College Cedar Valley Sept. 1l. The first road league game is at nine-time defending DAC champion Dallas College Brookhaven Sept. 15. Eastfield will host last three-time defending DAC runner-up Dallas College Richland Sept. 29 to finish the first round of conference action.
Eastfield will begin the second round of league play Oct. 1 at Cedar Valley. The Harvesters host Brookhaven Oct. 9 and Dallas College North Lake Oct. 16 in the final home games of the year. The Bees close the regular season at Richland Oct. 20.
The NJCAA South District Tournament runs Oct. 27-30 at the site of the DAC champion.
